This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while. I had an afternoon off work and wanted to get someone to come and look at my garage door opener that hadn't been working properly for months. I called in and John picked up right away. There was no back and forth with an office administrator and no voicemail phone tag. He took down my info and said he could be there within a few hours. He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my problem. It was a simple fix but he didn't make me feel stupid for not figuring it out on my own. And he could have easily told me a part needed to be replaced and I probably would have believed him. But instead he fixed the issue, offered me a fair price for the trip fee and within 20 minutes of them leaving my driveway, I had an invoice texted to me that I could pay online. So within the course of an afternoon, he was able to get me through the entire service call process. Incredibly efficient and professional while still being down to earth. 12/10 would recommend for all your garage door predicaments.

I called yesterday with a door issue and left a message. Door Doctor called back shortly and came out the same day to fix my issues. The service tech was very informative and had the door functioning like it should quickly. I will call them to work on my doors in the future. Thank you Door Doctor!

Was able to schedule a fix promptly (I mainly corresponded via email), they arrived when they said they would and had the issue fixed within 15 minutes and it wasn’t overpriced. They even fixed a pulley that was about to break on top of the original issue. Thanks Door Doctor!
